Welcome to the 2018 Ohio Association for Healthcare Quality education and annual conference site.

This year there is a pre conference quality course "The Quality Journey" available on Wednesday May 16, 2018 from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. This one day class will present key milestones in the quality journey that professionals face daily in their roles, including information management, quality and performance improvement, leadership and management, healthcare and patient safety, regulation, and accreditation.
The conference begins on Thursday May 17, 2018 and will end on Friday May 18, 2018.
The conference offers networking opportunities and Continuing Education credits (CEs) for Certified Professionals in Healthcare Quality.
These activities have been submitted for CPHQ CE credits for Wednesday (7.5 CE), Thursday and Friday (13 CE). There is an additional 1.0 CPHQ CE submitted for viewing and evaluating posters and an additional 1.0 CPHQ CE for attending a late educational session on Thursday.
* CPHQ CEs can be converted to RN, CCM or other licensing, registration and certification programs as permitted by your licensing, registration or certification agency.

We do allow substitutions with notice - otherwise, there are no refunds.
What can I bring into the event?
Experience has shown us that you may want to bring a sweater or jacket as it is difficult to make everyone comfortable in the large conference room.
